AJ Warner earned a full scholarship to attend the top ranked UT-Austin MBA program. Before moving to China to start Touchdown!, he worked as a manager at Deloitte Consulting in the US for 4 years. Before the MBA program, he worked for multinational companies in Chicago, Seattle, and Japan for 6 years. AJ’s extensive knowledge of business schools and deep understanding of American business culture has enabled him to help international applicants get accepted to top MBA and business master programs since 2000. Besides Touchdown!, AJ also owns a Beijing-based financial services company and has consulted and invested in internet start-ups in China. He is currently training to run in the Beijing Marathon in October 2010.

周燕平，北京人，曾在 Bethlehem, San Francisco, Austin, Houston, and Dallas 等地居住，有着丰富的国际背景。2001年毕业于美国 Texas 大学 McCombs 商学院会计专业硕士（Master of Professional Accounting)，美国注册会计师。毕业后，她在Dallas德勤会计事务所(Deloitte & Touche) 工作5年，从事审计工作，并处理公司破产，财产评估和假帐查处。由于她在美国居住长达 11 年之久，对中美文化都有着深入的了解。在 Touchdown! 培训中，她更能了解中国申请者的背景情况，从而跨越中美两国文化鸿沟，帮助申请者排除申请中的种种障碍。除了是 MBA Touchdown! 的培训师外，她还是自2005年来美国大使馆美国雇员协会 (US Embassy AEA) 和北京顺义国际学校 (The International School of Beijing) 的独立财务审计师，和戴尔国际英语的企业顾问。

A graduate of The University of Texas' Master in Professional Accounting program, the #1 ranked US accounting program, Yanping Zhou has had a successful career in the Big 4 and as an entrepreneur.  At Deloitte & Touche in the Dallas, Texas office, Yanping managed audit projects and handling bankruptcy, valuation, and fraud investigations. Afterwards, she returned to Beijing in 2005 to set-up Touchdown! (www.mbatouchdown.com), which she has led to become Beijing’s premier graduate application consulting firm.

With Yanping's 11 years of US living experience and her deep understanding of both Chinese and American business cultures, she works closely with Chinese applicants to bridge the cultural gaps that exist. Yanping has established herself as a renowned thought leader on maximizing students' chances of admission into top US business schools. Along with a MPA from The University of Texas, Yanping holds Bachelor degrees from Beijing Linye University in English and Moravian College, America' s third oldest university, in Accounting. Besides Touchdown!, Yanping has been the independent financial auditor for both the US Embassy and International School of Beijing since 2005.
